Our Event Space welcomes 70 people and is adjacent to the Brewery. With a comfortable seating area, as well as custom tables and chairs, our private event taproom has its own bar with 20 taps. Its 70” large screen TV is perfect for watching your favorite sports team, giving a presentation or scrolling pictures for a party!

Private Event Space Rental
(maximum party size of 70)

Tues / Wed / Thurs / Sunday
$150/3 hours with $50 bar tab credit ($50 each additional hour)

Friday / Saturday
$200/3 hours with $75 bar tab credit ($75 each additional hour)

The above fees include a private bartender for the duration of the event! You will have privacy throughout your event with a side entrance off of Sailfish Drive for your convenience! Unfortunately, no outside liquor, wine, champagne or cider are permitted. We proudly serve Hogue wine in addition to Ciderboys and Original Sin Cider. Catered food is always welcome and encouraged to make your event special.


Open Event Option

Tuesday through Sunday, we welcome you to host an Open Event in our Event Space. This first-come, first-served option is available. Please know, other patrons at Atlantic Beach Brewing Company may choose to utilize this area as well during your gathering. If this fits with your needs, please bring your crew and have some fun! You may run a group tab, or individual tabs. Please note, no outside liquor, wine or champagne is permitted. We serve Hogue Wine, Ciderboys as well as Original Sin Cider in addition to our own fabulous craft beers! If you’re hungry, we have menus available for delivery or have your event catered. Feel free to call ahead to make sure the space is available at (904) 372-4116. Like you, we want to make things as easy as possible when planning an event. That’s why we have partnered with local restaurants and catering companies to provide you with referrals to suit any kind of gathering. For an additional fee, we are happy to provide audio/visual equipment upon request.

Rental Fees:
A non-refundable reservation fee of 50% of the estimated rental fee is required to reserve the space. Due upon execution, the rental agreement must be completed and signed. The balance is due the day of the event.

Change of date and cancellations:
A change of date request by the renter must be received by Atlantic Beach Brewing Company at least one week in advance of the scheduled event.  If the request for a change of date can be accommodated, a $25.00 rescheduling fee will apply.  If for any reason a private event should have to be cancelled, cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.

Alcohol:
No liquor is permitted on the Atlantic Beach Brewing Company premises including, but not limited to, the parking lot. Renter acknowledges that the Atlantic Beach Brewing Company staff reserve the right to terminate the event if liquor is found on the premises with the renter or one of the renter’s invited or uninvited guests. This will result in the immediate termination of the event.  If the event is cancelled due to a violation of this provision, renter will be held responsible for all fees and responsibilities associated with this event as agreed upon liquidated damages for renter’s breach. Atlantic Beach Brewing Company reserves the right to terminate alcohol beverage service at any time if our policies are being abused or state and/or federal liquor laws are being violated. NO outside liquor, wine and/or champagne is permitted on the Atlantic Beach Brewing Company premises.

Minors:
For all events, all children under 18 years old must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times in order to ensure that they do not in any way harm themselves or damage the premises. The Atlantic Beach Brewing Company staff reserve the right to terminate an event due to the lack of supervision of minors or to have a minor removed from the property if these guidelines are not followed or if in their opinion there is a security risk.  Alcohol beverages may not be handled or consumed by anyone under 21 years of age.

Terms of Use:
Renter is responsible for having the property and furnishings of Atlantic Beach Brewing Company returned to their pre-rental condition, including cleanliness at the conclusion of the event. This includes all trash being collected and put into a trash bin. Atlantic Beach Brewing Company furniture and/or its displays may only be moved at the discretion of the Atlantic Beach Brewing Company staff.

Form of Payment:
All rental fees may be paid for by check, cash or credit card. Group tabs must be paid with cash or credit card.
